About Thyme is the exclusive food service provider for the Viking Classic in Madison, Mississippi, a PGA tour event. We feed over 20,000 guests during the week. We also serve the tournaments corporate clients, trophy suite holders, concessions as well as the players lounge. We provide tent setup for all the concession areas as well as gourmet food at each area.
