Mike Sheffield
Owner

Mike Sheffield helped begin the company in 1997. Previous to the starting of the company Mike worked as Food and Beverage Director of a Birmingham hotel, and was a part of the culinary team at Shoal Creek Country Club during the early 90’s. Mike received his culinary degree from a three year apprenticeship in Atlanta. He has an undergraduate degree in political science from UAB. Mike is married and has two children.
